When you get in touch
The project form collects the contact and business details you choose to share, your goals, selected services, and permission to reply. These are stored in the private project inbox to review and follow up on your inquiry. Submitting the form does not sign you up for a mailing list.
Website session and source information
A first-party session cookie keeps the form secure. A separate first-party visitor cookie lets this site recognize the same browser for up to 30 days. That cookie contains a random identifier; the associated first and most recent source information stays in private server storage. It can include landing paths, referral information, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers provided in the URL.
When you submit an inquiry, that source information and your browser’s user-agent string can be associated with it to help understand where inquiries come from. Clearing cookies or changing browsers breaks that continuity. This version does not provide cross-device tracking, a full browsing timeline, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels.
Your display preference
If you choose light or dark mode, your browser stores that preference locally so it can be used on your next visit.
Security and access
Inquiry information is intended for the person operating Built by CXM. Administrator access is protected by login. Hashed network-address counters are used to limit form and login abuse. Form contents are not included in those counters.
Questions or corrections
You can use the contact form to request a correction or ask about information associated with an inquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through the project form.
